These beams were originally hewn by hand in the 1800s for local barn construction and have recently been dismantled due to safety concerns, with the assistance of local barn removal companies. We meticulously dismantle, clean, dry, and lightly sand each beam to preserve and repurpose these timeless pieces of craftsmanship.

Each mantel is uniquely one of a kind. Before shipping, we'll provide photos of available beams to ensure your satisfaction with the chosen size. 
What you will receive: 
-A finished mantle cut to your desired size, cleaned up and sanded smooth (while still preserving the rustic features and characteristics). We finish the end grain with a polyurethane clear coat finish, but leave the rest raw to preserve the rustic natural appearance. (We do also offer a polyurethane finish to the top and face of the piece if desired for an extra charge as well)
