About the Owner
Ever since a young age I’ve had a passion for woodworking. I've always enjoyed the process of creating functional and unique projects out of wood and was always my go-to hobby whenever I had free time.
I grew up in the landscaping industry where a large aspect of the work was tree removal. I always enjoyed taking on the challenge of salvaging the wood we removed, by creating something useful and functional out of it; re-purposing the wood which would otherwise be left for waste. A profound quote I heard a while back said, “You can do almost anything, if you put your mind to it”. And so this has been a focus of mine for the past few years in relation to building wood projects. Many early mornings and late nights are spent researching, learning and experimenting with different woodworking projects, striving to create anything and everything that one might find useful to have.
I've always admired the rustic beauty and natural qualities hidden within the wood grain of our local Ontario trees. And so in my projects I strive to showcase this and by doing so preserve these aesthetic qualities into timeless, functional products to be enjoyed for many years to come.
